A Barolo with a classic style of this small vineyard of the Municipality of La Morra in the La Serra sub-area. Vineyard with an altitude of almost 500 meters above sea level that is harvested in late autumn gives elegance and finesse. It is fermented without the stalks but with a good part of whole berries that give very fruity notes. As soon as fermentation is finished it is placed in 2500 liter oak barrels French always new for the optimal period that can vary from year to year, in particular for the year 2019 we have chosen a period of 26 months, about 12 months to complete the aging in cement barrels and then in bottle.

Tasting NotesRuby red color with orange and pink reflections, the nose is powerful, balsamic with notes of pepper and wild strawberries alternating notes of violet. In the mouth it is warm, savory with a very long, slightly dry finish.

PairingI have no particular advice to taste Barolo, I like it with meat or fish dishes. For me the main pairing for wine is always at a moment or especially with the people with whom I choose to share a good wine
